SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

	Champs Elysees Cosmetics ships throughout the Continental United States and Canada. Our respected Canadian Clients are solely responsible for any and all levied taxes by the destination country, VAT, duties on shipments, and other applicable taxes. Such charges and fees can in no manner be the responsibility of Champs Elysees Cosmetics, but instead, they are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the order. All orders are shipped from Champs Elysees’ fulfillment Center by UPS ground delivery service. The approximate time frame of an order’s arrival is about 5 days from the date of shipping. Champs Elysees Cosmetics does not ship during the weekend, so all orders are shipped from Monday through Friday. It is Champs Elysees’ Policy not to ship to PO boxes, APOs, or FPOs. It is good to point out that orders paid by check will be sent only once the Check clears. It is possible that products get back ordered, in which case, Champs Elysees Cosmetics will notify its respected Clients. These situations are beyond Champs Elysees’ control, so products will be shipped to clients as soon as they become available. Please be advised that products of the same order may not necessarily arrive in the same box.

	Orders including larger amounts of products may cost more to ship. Shipping is charged at the rate UPS charges us; no additional handling or shipping charges are added. Shipping Rates for the Continental United States: 5 Business Days - Ground Shipping $8.99 3 Days Air $14.99 2 Days Air $17.99 Shipping Rates for Canada: Canadian Orders Do Not Qualify for Free Shipping Orders for less than $100 - $16.99 Orders for over $100 - $12.99 Shipping Rates for Alaska & Hawaii: Alaska and Hawaii Orders Do Not Qualify for Free Shipping Orders up to $50 are shipped for $29.00 Orders from $50.01 to $100 are shipped for $35.99 Orders from $100.01 to $150 are shipped for $43.99 Orders from $150.01 to $200 are shipped for $55.99 Orders from $200.01 and over are shipped for 70.99 Expedited shipping charges may be obtained by calling 734 434 3334.
	RETURN POLICY
	All returns may be made within 15 days of receipt of the product and of course, products returned must be received at Champs Elysees in Re-sellable condition. Non-hard products such as perfumes, lotions, gels, etcetera, will not be taken back or refunded by Champs Elysees Cosmetics. Also, shipping will not be refunded by Champs Elysees Cosmetics, and a 15% restocking and handling fee will be charged to the Client. Please note that Clients must obtain an Authorization number prior to sending back returned product. Such Authorization number may be obtained by having an order number and by e-mailing: info@champselyseescosmetics.com Once such process is followed, refunds will be made in the same manner as original payment. Although the utmost care is always taken, Champs Elysees Cosmetics points out that occasionally humans make mistakes, and wrong products could be shipped to Clients. In such cases, our Clients are kindly advised to follow the same procedure, and Champs Elysees will assist them to get the right product in the shortest time possible. It is clear that in such cases, our Clients will not incur any charges.
